Operation First Contact: Invite a neighbour for tea

Make room for an unhurried conversation and a little more familiarity close to home.

Purpose

A small, practical act can strengthen the everyday relationships and shared places on which civic life depends.

Instructions

Offer a specific time to someone you know, and make it easy for them to decline.
Keep it voluntary, lawful and respectful. Stop if anyone is uncomfortable or the situation feels unsafe.
